"In Memory of Bob
Williams, Jr."
August 31,1918 - July 11, 2000
"And God said, "Well done, good and faithful servant"
On July 11th the Williams Family, the Sweet Hollow Church and the entire World lost a Wonderful person with the passing of Bob Williams. Bob was a part of the Sweet Hollow Church since the 1950's and played a large roll in the life of the Church. Bob was a Church officer for many of those years. He was most famous though for the Church Newsletter the BELL RINGER. Bob was known to everybody as a "Really Nice Guy" and he was. We will all miss him. The pictures on this page represent Bob's love of life and people, always with a smile on his face. They were taken by his loving daughter Suzanne Makros.

I first got to know Bob through my close friend, Suzanne. To me he was the
epitome of kindness, warmth and graciousness. He was a wonderful substitute grand dad to my two young sons, as well as a terrific host to my mom when our families got together for backyard barbecues. I will miss the twinkle in Bob's eyes and his caring ways.Love, Kitty Jacknin
My memories of this kind man will always stay in my heart. I have been a
friend of the family for over twenty years. When my husband died seventeen years ago completely unexpected, I was a young mother with two young children. Bob on holidays and anniversaries never let me down, he would always include me and my family on outings and celebrations so we would feel included. With all my love, Anne Savitt Glaubach
Dear Suzanne & Tom:
Your father was the perfect father, bright, gentlemanly, fun, thoughtful, a joy to be with. I remember most fondly the times he came into my kitchen and kept me company while I prepared supper for all of us... He was terrific at making coffee too! But most of all I will treasure my memories of him as a dear friend. He edited my resume... He knew how to make one really feel cared for. You are truly blessed Suzanne to have had such a father as Bob. Nick and I will truly miss him at our get-togethers. I have no doubt he is cheering someone in the hereafter! Love and hugs,
Julie and Nick Kleszczewski
I will never forget Bob also known as Pop Pop which is how all my daughters knew him! Bob's daughter Suzanne and I have been good buddies for over twenty three years, and my daughter Kathleen and Pop Pop's granddaughter Rachael have also been good buddies for as long. When we all met all four of our parents were alive and were always very happy to see each other, so now that they are all gone I'm sure that they are all together again! When my Dad passed away, I felt very lucky that my daughters had Pop Pop to be there for them and I know that they always looked towards him as the grandfather they no longer had. What more can I say except he was a wonderful man and will be missed by many.
All my love to the entire family, Marilyn Gernant and daughters
" I always thought of Bob as another brother. I will frame the photo of Bob and Harriet and put it in my living room." Thank you Sue for moving the Kansas cousins one step further into the computer age!
