Church Fair

A church fair is planned for next Saturday, October 18 from 10 am to 4 pm. Proceeds will go to the Sunday School, the Youth Group, the Church, and the Women’s Group (UPW)

You can help by doing one or all of the following:

Volunteer -We need volunteers to help

•Set up on Friday afternoon from 12-4 pm

•Man the tables on Saturday

•Guys you can help in the kitchen serving up our
delicious chili and hot dogs.

Even if you can only give us an hour it would be appreciated.

Donate - ? Baked Goodies for the Sunday School table.

? Nearly New Items for UPW and Youth Group

Items must be in good shape, not whiffy and working if they are electrical. Please no bowling balls or skis. Due to space problems both at the fair and in our dumpster large items will be returned to the donor if not sold. Please label nearly new items for Youth Group or UPW.

Baked goodies may be brought in Friday the 17th during the day from 10 am to 4 pm or in the evening from 7:30 to 10 pm or on Saturday the 18th in the morning.

All other donations may be brought into the church office any morning this week as well as the hours stated above.

Shop - We encourage you to attend the fair and to bring your friends (as well as money)

Publicize -Help spread the word about the Fair. In the back of the room I haveposters that you may take and put up or where you work or wherever except on telephone poles.
