On “Super Bowl” Sunday, January 26,
2003, the youth of our congregation will be part of a nationwide campaign to
stamp out hunger called “Souper Bowl of Caring”
As members of our congregation you are
asked to contribute to our “soup pots” by donating $1.00 and a can of soup
as you enter church on Sunday the 26th!
In 2002 Souper Bowl generated $3.1
million for local charities across North America. The 10,000 participating
congregations represented all 50 states and Canada.
