On June 22nd, 2003 the congregation votes Reverend Rebecca Lynn Segers as our new permanent Pastor.
Rebecca is presently the Associate Pastor of the Wilton Presbyterian Church in Wilton, Connecticut where her responsibilities have included Youth Ministries, Mission and Women’s Ministries for the past few years As part of the Presbyterian process for calling a new Pastor, Rev. Segers assisted Rev Close conducting the worship service before our congregation. Following the worship service there was a congregational meeting to accept Rebecca Segers and her Terms of Call to serve as the pastor of our church. She was voted in unanimously. A reception in the Fellowship Hall was followed by the Annual Church Picnic. Thanks to all who helped out with these events and especially the PNC for all their hard work.
