The Youth Group of the Presbyterian Church of Sweet Hollow in the Huntington area of Melville, NY is for young people who are in grades 6-12 and welcomes the youth of our church and their friends.  We completed a dedicated Youth Group Room last year and have been going strong ever since.  We meet every first and third Sunday of the month beginning with the third Sunday of September in any given school year and ending with the third Sunday in June.  This year, that means our last date is June 15, 2008.  We meet from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and share a family together before program, which consists of games, discussion and if the weather permits, a bonfire outdoors on the Great Lawn.  We hope you join us soon!

Our annual five day Youth Mission Trip to Heifer International’s Overlook Farm in Rutland, MA will be from Friday, August 22 through Tuesday, August 26.  We spend five days on a working farm learning about world hunger and how we might be a part of the solution.  If you’d like more information on how you might participate, please contact Pastor Rebecca.
